IMPORTANT NOTE: Requests for Printer Reservations will receive an email reply to confirm the request. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your request is still pending.


Reserve a Printer
If you are having trouble accessing a printer upon walk-in because the lab is operating at capacity and you have a time-sensitive research/class project you are working on, you may request to reserve a printer for a limited time.

Please note:
  • You must be registered to use the lab/request reservations. Contact us to schedule a registration.

  • Reservations are approved on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Reservation times can be set for up to 24 hours max, unless by special request.
  • If approved, start your print within the first hour of your reservation, otherwise we may consider it a no-show and release the printer back into the wild.

  • Printer Reservation Policy is subject to change based on usage and availability.
