Use this form to request books, journal volumes or microforms from the Caltech Library's Annex (or other closed storage facilities) to be delivered to a library for you to pick up.

• There is no charge for paging volumes from storage.
• Items will be held for pickup for 7 days.
• See below for our paging schedule.
• Print copies of theses do not circulate. Check CaltechTHESIS for an online version instead.

Use DocuServe to request photocopies of book chapters or journal articles. Photocopy requests are subject to the standard Document Delivery charge.
